FAQ

What is the difference between a Candle and a Wax Melt?
Wax melts are individual pieces of wax that are burnt in a warmer, without ever making contact with a direct flame. As the melt does not come into contact with a naked flame, the scent throw is greater than a burning candle.

How do I remove a Wax Melt?
In order to remove a wax melt, we recommend to use your usual heating source for 20-30 seconds. This will help release the wax from the burner and will allow you to easily remove it.

How long do I keep one melt heated for?
Each wax it should be melted for 3-4 hours before the throw begins to reduce. This can vary slightly between different scents and melt sizes etc. We recommend customers to change the wax when the scent is becoming weak or has disappeared.
